SPONGE PANDAN

Bahan-bahan

Telur Ayam 8 butir
Gula Kastor 200 gram
Tepung Terigu 225 gram
Mentega 100 gram
Cake Emulsifier 1 sendok makan
Pasta Pandan 1 sendok teh

Cara membuat

  1. Kocok telur, gula dan cake emulsifier sampai mengembang dan kental
  2. Tuang tepung terigu sambil diayak secara bertahap, aduk rata
  3. Masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata
  4. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang (saya pakai loyang plastik yang diolesi mentega saja)
  5. Kukus sampai matang (kurleb 30 menit)
  6. Siap disajikanšŸ™‚
